What Happens After You Get in Touch

First, a real conversation β€” not a sales call. A member of our Gloucester office team will listen to what is happening with your family and answer your questions honestly, including the ones about cost. If home care sounds right, the next step is a home visit to understand your parent’s needs and routines properly. From that we build a written care plan for you to review β€” nothing starts until you are happy with it.

There is no obligation at any point. Some families call us months before they need care, just to understand their options. That is a sensible thing to do, and we are glad to help you plan ahead.

Anything you tell us β€” about your parent’s health, your family’s circumstances β€” is held in confidence and handled in line with our privacy policy. We never pass your details to third parties for marketing.

Compliments, Concerns and Complaints

If we ever fall short, we want to hear about it directly β€” our complaints procedure explains exactly how concerns are handled and how quickly you will hear back. As a CQC-registered provider, our standards are independently inspected and you can read our CQC report at any time.
